Between Vevey and Montreux, linked by bus 201 to the Montreux promenade and a few pedal turns from the main stages, La Tour-de-Peilz is an excellent stopping point for those who wish to avoid the crowds, or who have organised themselves a little late to attend the Jazz Festival in comfort. In itself, it is also worth the detour for a few visits to the village. From the top of the castle tower, you can admire the Morcles teeth and the Midi teeth, to the east, which frame the majestic Catogne. Opposite, you can see the Grammont and, further west, you can see the Jura chain.
