This is a pleasant stop on your tourist journey, where you will also meet many locals. Indeed, the people of Lausanne come to Saint-Sulpice for its beach, because the water is reputed to be of very good quality. To get there from Lausanne, take bus 2 to the Bourdonnette stop, then bus 30 to the Saint-Sulpice stop. Or take the metro M1, EPFL station, and get off a few meters towards the lake. You can also get there by boat (steam, motor or solar) or on foot by taking the lovely path along the lake. Beautiful houses and chalets line the path.
