Augnet made the reputation of the address. From Normandy, Jean-Marie Augnet settled in Switzerland after meeting his future wife, and his delicious French pastries made his fame. In 2014, Augnet passed his hand. It is now Alexandre Guffard who is in command. We do not change a formula that wins. But anyway… Alexandre modernised the case a little, revisited some pastries and diversified the range. The chocolates of course, but also the macaroons that it declines in a beautiful variety. Bingo and bingo: the ice is still good! A stopover in the tea room in the chocolate room is always very much appreciated when you return to the lake!

Augnet is reference in French-speaking Switzerland. The choice of pastries are a real headache for gourmands. The prices are built a bit, but the quality produce is worth them. The only snag is the service is not nicer. A smile, it is free!
