The wine route continues to Pezinok, the biggest town on the Little Carpathian Wine Route, with 24,070 inhabitants. This second stage is an opportunity to discover the regional center of this region which concentrates more than a hundred wine producers and traders. Moreover, this winegrowing town has beautiful bourgeois houses of wine merchants from the 13th century and a Renaissance style castle. Today it houses the regional wine museum and every two years it hosts the grape harvest festival, which attracts people from Bratislava and even from other regions.
