Travel Guide Dichato

Dichato, 57 km from Concepción, is a small and well known seaside resort, located in a quiet and sheltered bay. Its long beach, in the shape of a half-moon, has white sand and is very nicely located at the end of the bay of Coliumo. It is possible to sleep there, but in summer the place may fall victim to its reputation and you will have a hard time getting a place in the sun.Many minibuses and colectivos go there from Concepción, especially during the summer. If you have a vehicle, continue south on the paved road, passing by km 112 and stop at Coliumo beach and Cocholhue beach.
