From the village of Panormos, the relief becomes more rugged, rocky. The charming little harbor wedged in its tiny bay retains a picturesque charm despite the number of hotel complexes that crowd there every year a little more. The small sandy beach is dominated, in the foreground, by a few taverns and cafes very popular in summer. At the back, the paved streets of the village offer a certain freshness. You can visit the ruins of a Genoese castle on the port and a Christian basilica (Agia Sofia) built in the5th century. Boat trips to Bali leave from the port of Panormos.
