Rœschwoog and the surrounding area must have been inhabited since ancient times, as attested by a bronze bowl from the Hallstatt period (800 to 400 BC) found on the commune's territory. A little later, archaeological evidence points to a Roman presence, as Alsace was occupied by the Romans during the first centuries of our era. Take advantage of the Staedly leisure area, nestled in a 14-hectare green setting, which offers an unspoilt natural setting for relaxation.
