Travel Guide Villemontais

You can discover Saint John Chapel (built in 1857 on the remains of a th century chapel) and the Chapel Saint Roch of the th century. The latter is located near the cemetery. It was probably built after the plague epidemic of 1630. It carries on the head of the entrance the arms of the Mure owners in Villemontais from the th century. The current church, built on the old church, dates back to 1825 and its bell bell of 1890-1895. Instead of "La Poste", the imposing building of a former postal relay dominates the intersection; it allowed to change horses before taking the great slope of the Napoleon route.
