Bluffy is one of the smallest villages in the canton of Faverges and since 1 January 2017 has belonged to Grand Annecy, which includes 34 municipalities including Veyrier-du-Lac, Menthon-Saint-Bernard and Talloires-Montmin. Its low altitude pass (630 m) is the passage between the eastern shore of the lake and the mountains of the Thônes region. With Mount Baron and Veyrier to the north, the village provides access to the Col de La Forclaz and the dizzying Dents de Lanfon, to the south, from its capital city and its church Saint-Pierre et Saint-Paul de Bluffy, built in the 15th century and partly rebuilt in the 19th century; take the direction of the waterfall. We walk overlooking the great lake and the castle of Menthon-Saint-Bernard, with a breathtaking view!
