With its feet in Provence and its head in the Alps, Rémuzat is a charming and special stopover in a region that combines vineyards, lavender and olive trees. This still wild country has managed to unite hunters and naturalists around a successful reintroduction of griffon vultures, since 110 couples have colonized the cliffs of the Cairo Rock overlooking the village. Remuzat is a village with stone houses and clay tiles, and its old streets extend into the mountain. You can go swimming 6 km away in the direction of Motte-Chalancon, at the Pas des Ondes. You can also climb to get closer to the site of the vultures.
