Travel Guide Brette

The commune, composed of two hamlets, clings to the western slope of the Servelle, which rises to an altitude of 1,616 m. Located in a basin of the Diois, surrounded by its mountain setting, the village of Brette has less than 50 inhabitants. That's how quiet it is! It is a rural and agricultural territory with lavender fields and herds grazing. A great bath of greenery. But also of the inheritance in particular with the Church in Monestier, on the site of the old Benedictine priory. Brette also keeps the memory of its aold mines which were the property of the the Royal Company of Asturias. Nomberous walks around.
