Located 7 km south of the town of Annonay, this rural commune is not lacking in picturesqueness. The site has been permanently occupied by man since Roman times. This township has a charming historical architectural heritage whose jewel remains its fortified church, dedicated to St. Peter to the Links, and keeps a lively agriculture, with eight farms including one organic, especially around the arboriculture, cereal growing. In 2012, the bypass that allows to divert 6,000 cars from the village center, has allowed the redevelopment of the central square to promote tourism.
