It has kept its medieval aspect with its narrow and tortuous streets Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, it is also the wine capital of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. In 1998, the obtaining of the appellation d'origine contrôlée is a testimony to the ability of the winegrowers to group together to innovate and produce quality wines. This vineyard covers 300 hectares and is located in the hottest area of the department. Located at an altitude of 450 m on the left bank of the Durance and Verdon rivers, it is one of the highest vineyards in France.
