Located at the same distance between Gramat and Figeac, the village is crossed by a river descending from the Ségala which loses a few kilometres further, in Théminettes "losses of Fancès". Located at the junction of Ségala and the Causse, architectural heritage and vegetation each capture the characteristics of the two territories. Thus, oaks of the Causse and chestnut trees of Ségala coexist in this place. In the centre of the village, the church Saint-Saturnin, the beginning of the th century, built in the Roman style of the time with a transept surmounted by a square tower.
