Here's a village of 305 inhabitants 3 kilometers from Routot, on the edge of the Brotonne forest, in the heart of the Boucles de la Seine Normande nature park, where there's a lot going on! The little commune is famous for its two listed yew trees, over 1,600 years old, whose trunks house two chapels built in the 19th century, and which can be visited daily from March to November. But La Haye-de-Routot has also (and above all!) become a lively conservatory of rural heritage, with a clog museum and a bread oven still in operation. The commune is also the capital of nettles and forgotten vegetables!
