The village of Moissey, on the road to Pesmes and Gray, is built on the slopes of Mount Guérin in the Serre massif, around an old parish enclosure and restored houses. Its territory, classified as a Neolithic enclosure, has been home to various peoples. It is rich in crosses, oratories and a church dating from the 16th century. This one shelters classified statues. On the side of the road, you can also see an 18th century fountain with a washhouse and a drinking trough. There was a quarry and a tile factory in activity until the 19th century. From Moissey, hikers can choose between several routes to the Serre forest or along the old tacot railway line.
