This charming village has known through history very active periods. Today, a very beautiful church remains, a Cluniac site. The Abbey of Saint Pierre, built in 890 by Bernon (founder of the abbey of Baume Les Messieurs and of Cluny) is superb, a key monument of Romanesque art, it served as a model for the first church of Cluny. A pedestrian itinerary, organized around the site of the old abbey, allows to understand the history of the village. It starts from a pretty square. Two circuits are possible: one of 350 m (20 minutes) and the other of 850 m (45 minutes). The surrounding landscapes are very typical of the Little Mountain
