This medieval village with its winding lanes encloses a majestic 12th-century abbey church. It has retained the charm of its old houses, with small gardens set in the hillside. A stroll through the old town, where you can still make out the rounded shape of the ramparts, is a real plunge into history. And if you meet Madame Linol, the former baker, next to the church, you'll understand just how charming the locals are. Commercial activity is concentrated at the bottom of the village, in Rue Gambetta, or La Traverse as the locals call it. This is where the popular Saint-Cyprien market is held every Sunday.
