This medieval village with its winding streets surrounds a majestic abbey church dating from the 12th century. It has kept the charm of its old houses with small gardens that are spread out on the hill. The walk in the old town, where you can still guess the rounded shape of the ramparts, is a real dive into history. And if you meet Madame Linol, the former baker, next to the church, you will have grasped the charm of the local people. The commercial activity is gathered at the bottom of the village, in the rue Gambetta, the Traverse, as the locals call it.
