Far from chain bakeries, Mado offers an artisanal, local vision while opening up to other cultures. It's not surprising that Charlotte - from Lyon - and Jacopo - an Italian - met in Argentina. It was a meeting that created sparks and wonders to savor: from organic flours, naturally leavened breads, golden and crispy that keep for a long time, flavored to perfection. And some of the best brioches and panettones we've ever tasted. Finally, the sublime foccacias follow the rhythm of seasonal produce. Mado, we love you big time.
