Veyrat, a local name well known to meat lovers. Right in the heart of the old town, this emblematic butcher's, tripper's and delicatessen's stall is open to the street (where the queue is often overflowing, especially at weekends and during the festive season), offering some of the finest meat products to be enjoyed. In the hours leading up to the meal, the in-house cooks come to pick up some of the best cuts of meat, always at the top of their game. For a barbecue or a more elaborate preparation (classic or local like these diots), the Veyrat butcher's shop is never short of good ideas. We live and breathe Veyrat!

Pour la 2ème je commande de la viande. 1ère fois du sanglier et seconde fois des diots, et je suis toujours aussi satisfaite. Les diots étaient fondants et très digeste. Alors bravo. On reviendra

Veyrat ...... when it is see that they have 15 lamb knuckle on the slack, there are enough to have doubts...especially when they are a little white " after sous" ... imported meat, thank you, it is not as there is world, with low prices meat and French, to meditate
