His bread is made from an ancient variety of wheat, the great spelt Oberkulmer, which is difficult to shape by hand. Far from industrial flour mills, he favours flours crushed with a stone grinder or a steel cylinder. Several varieties are available. What makes this bread special? It can be kept for 15 days without going stale!

Eric Martin took over the family estate in 2008. His olive grove extends over a dozen hectares where 4,000 olive trees of three main varieties are planted: aglandau, bouteillan and picholine. It is in an old silkworm nursery that he blends and produces an extra virgin olive oil with a green fruity flavour called Cuvée Sauvage, which can be found on the tables of great chefs. Fabienne and Edmond Tardieu welcome you to their farm where they raise sheep and goats in an environmentally friendly manner for organic, sustainable and viable agriculture. To raise awareness of food and environmental issues, the couple decided to open their farm to everyone and devised fun and educational activities.
