One of our favourites. An organic estate where the stony soil of Tulette has been worked since the 1920s. Daniel Couston and his sister Marie-Françoise Abbès Couston now run the 80 hectares of vineyards created by their grandfather. On this terroir, which alternates vineyards and olive groves, they produce organic and vegan wines in all three colours. Beautiful Côtes-du-Rhône and Côtes-du-Rhône Villages wines with frank aromas of ripe fruit and a silky palate. The wines can be tasted in the cellar in the centre of the village.

At the Pisse Renard farm, a family-run business with a funny nickname, over 10 hectares of chestnut trees are farmed organically and with Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée certification, using traditional methods. "Global thinking, local action" is the slogan of this farm, which has been committed to organic farming since 1979. Its orchards stretch all around this certified organic farm, where fruit is harvested, pressed and bottled.
