Benoît Claude is a natural philosopher. It is at the foot of the Bauges massif where he does most of his aromatic picking - including gentian in the autumn - that he opened his workshop in 1997 to make liqueurs, syrups, herbal teas and other aromatics. However, he does not refrain from collecting them in the neighbouring massifs. He is happy to open the doors of his estate, by appointment, but he also distributes his good products easily, in organic shops, delicatessens, fruit shops, etc., and on his online site. Go for it!
