Founded in 1950, the Cave coopérative Jaillance is the leading producer of Clairette de Die, which is available in Doux and Brut, organic and biodynamic, with several cuvées to suit your tastes: Impériale, Icône, Cybèle... In a non-alcoholic version, Delight is a sparkling Muscat.
