A pioneer of artisanal distillation in the Puy-de-Dôme, the distillery was opened in 2021 in Brassac-les-Mines. Quentin, a Clermont-Ferrand native and distilling oenologist, decided to return to Auvergne after years of apprenticeship in Cognac. He works with local and French products (volcano water, whisky barley...) to create unique, high-quality spirits. No flavoring or sugar is added. The range of spirits is regularly enriched: whisky, gin, rum... The distillery's products can be found in restaurants, wine shops and online.

Welcome to the very first artisanal distillery of the Puy-de-Dôme. Ancestral art being part of the French gastronomic heritage, the artisanal distillation was on the way to extinction due to the hostile attitude of the state.
As anoenologist and agricultural engineer with a passion for agriculture and good food, I trained for 10 years in the know-how of alcohol production and
came back to my native Auvergne to work as a professional distiller. My goal is to offer high quality distilled spirits without any "make-up" for the consumer: good and transparent to be discovered without delay (but in moderation).Our offers and services
Vodka Citron 42% vol.
The Lemon Vodka of the Distillerie des Scories breaks the codes! All the steps of elaboration, from the creation of the recipe to the labeling, are realized within the distillery. The quality requirement is maximal to offer you the best.
London Dry Gin 42% vol.
If the word "gin" is known to all, what is behind it is much less so. At the Distillerie des Scories, the will is to work a London Dry Gin by respecting the fundamental characteristics of this spirit to propose the quintessence of the juniper berry.
Le drolle - 2022 edition
Discover Le Drolle, the very first Pure Malt 100% produced in the Puy-de-Dôme ! A local, rare and delicious spirit !
The cereal used for this first edition is barley. Not just any barley because it is a variety of barley adapted to distillation for an optimal quality of the spirit and no risk for the health of the consumer. This barley is grown and malted in France.
Liqueur de Raisin 18% vol - Cuvée R Édition 2022.
A liqueur with no added sugar? It's possible! Our liqueur is naturally sweetened with the fruit's own sugar. Just add ripe grape juice, brandy and a spell in the barrel, and that's it! As an aperitif, with foie gras, dessert, or even blue-veined cheese like Bleu d'Auvergne for the more daring, this liqueur will delight everyone throughout the meal.
