The operation of Mr Baillon was created in 1989 and has a vineyard surface of 6,5 ha, all located in the municipality of Ambierle. Harvest takes place traditionally; the grapes are harvested and sliced manually to ensure better quality. The dominant grape is the white gamay black gamay. Alain Baillon offers you the rosé of Ambierle (rosé rosé), Cuvée "Magnet" (obtained by carbonic maceration) and Cuvée "Montplaisir" (from old vines). The exploitation also produces white chardonnay wine and a semi-dry rosé wine marketed in wine from Pays Country.

Today, the operation has 3 ha for a production of 160 hl, sold only to the individuals received in the basement. Reception of groups of 40 to 50 people (parking available) upon reservation. All the beers are developed on the spot by their care and then loads, fermented and packed in the brewery according to old methods. Alain and Philippe Viret make great wines in their cathedral cellar made of Pont du Gard stone. Their vineyard is not only organic but also worked in cosmoculture® since 1990. It is about adopting solutions to rebalance, re-energize and safeguard the living balances and ecosystems. To go even further, the two brothers are working for the reintroduction of wines in amphora. You can benefit from a presentation of cosmoculture® and vinification in clay amphorae, or even participate in a day of harvesting.

After the Second World War, the Beaujolais winegrowers decided to unite to defend their interests by founding the Beaujolais Wine Union. In 1956, the Caveau des Beaujolais-Villages was created, which became the Comptoir Beaujolais. It has undergone a splendid renovation, highlighting the stone walls with lime of this cellar inaugurated last year. Tasting and sale of the productions of 15 winegrowers with all the appellations of Beaujolais gathered to increase our pleasure tenfold and crémants of Burgundy.

Vinescence is 2 wineries, 320 winemakers, 1,100 hectares of vineyards, know-how passed down from generation to generation and the mastery of an art, that of winemaking, by authentic enthusiasts. The area, the cradle of several generations, dominates the village of Cercié, at the foot of Mont-Brouilly Chapel. Here we find three names  : Beaujolais-villages, brouilly with its intense ruby robe, aromas of red fruit or plum and a cellaring and powerful body, it is the believer who expresses the fruity bouquet of the gamay grape. Morgon, a pleasant young man but takes over a special scent of ripe fruit and nuclei over time. Most of the domain  : manual harvest with very selective sorting on the table to the vine. The area also includes a rural cottage for 5 people (2 ears).

Florent Barichard and Éric Nesson cultivate 11 ha of red vines and 7 ha of white vines, using integrated farming methods. Indigenous yeasts and ageing in concrete vats produce ripe, fresh whites. Instan T is an entry-level wine in all three colors. Tressallier is featured in the Champs Carrés cuvée. Les Cailloux is a Pinot Noir rich in flowers and cranberries, marked by its long ageing in wood. Les Ardelles is surprisingly powerful and sweet. The grand cuvées are aged in oak barrels. Two sparkling wines, one white and one rosé, Clin d'oeil.

It is part of the Vedrenne group, which comprises several French distilleries and liqueur distilleries emblematic of their respective terroirs. The Pagès distillery specializes in the production of the region's emblematic plant liqueur, Verveine du Velay. Founded in 1859, it has been perpetuating its traditional know-how and recognized expertise ever since. The Pagès distillery works in close collaboration with local producers, favoring sustainable farming practices. The fruit used in the production of our liqueurs is selected from the best local varieties and picked when perfectly ripe. The Pagès distillery also offers other emblematic products, such as crème de Cassis de Bourgogne, liqueurs and quality fruit syrups.

After their move to Alby-sur-Chéran, the Brasseurs Savoyards continue to supply us with tasty beers to be found in bars in Annecy and the region, but also on site. The welcome is friendly and you should not miss discovering beers 100% organic and 100% French barley which are rather refreshing. From blonde to blueberry BS, they do not lack taste or originality. A name well known to wine lovers, the Cave du Parmelan has just changed hands, passing into the hands of a true enthusiast, Jean-Chrysostome Iffrig. La Cave du Parmelan, a traditional cellar where wine has been served for more than 15 years, has just been taken over by a true sommelier by trade, who came through the Alpaga in Megève, and who wants to share with us his wonderful encounters with winegrowers. Right next to the Nouvelles Galeries, a selection of bottles, most of them organically grown, with pleasure in mind. On the edge of the Massif des Bauges Regional Nature Park lies a vineyard that enjoys generous sunshine. For four generations, the Quenard family has been cultivating vines on the rocky slopes of Toméry. Between 300 and 400 meters above sea level, on steep slopes of over 40%, they produce red, white and rosé wines of rare originality. Jacquère, altesse, roussanne, gamay, mondeuse, pinot noir, persan and malvoisie are just some of the grape varieties cherished by the passionate Michel and his son Guillaume, who joined them in 2009.

At the heart of the Tours de Chignin lies the 6-hectare estate. For these enthusiasts, wine transcends its simple essence to become a true philosophy of life. Their farming practices follow the rigorous principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture. Their approach emphasizes the importance of the human element, favoring ancestral methods such as manual pruning and harvesting, as well as ploughing with horses.

Since 1883, the Maison house has been an essential player in Savoy, especially with the manufacture of old-fashioned vermouth (in oak barrels) and liqueurs. Stills were manufactured in 1902, they are still being used. Vermouth has been manufactured in Chambéry since the early 1800 s. It is made with the white wine of the coomb of Savoy, AOC, with more than thirty plants and spices. On the bottles today, the original label of 1883. This large national company that also produces more than 300 perfumes of syrups, number two behind Teisseire. The history of Maison Dolin is inextricably linked with that of Savoie, particularly Chambéry. It's thanks to the plants of the Savoyard mountains, the pure air of the peaks and the inspiring landscapes that the brand has thrived. As a result, all products are passionately crafted right here in Chambéry. Today, Maison Dolin offers a surprisingly varied range for a distillery of its size. In addition to its famous vermouth, which is enjoying growing international success, and its historic references, it offers more contemporary declinations, sporting modern designs while retaining rich, subtle flavors. Dolin has always favored local growers, supporting them in the preservation of endangered wild alpine herbs such as genepi and vulnaria. Suppliers of labels, cartons and glass are chosen from the Chambéry area, and the few products that Dolin does not produce itself, such as lemonade or Savoie apple juice, are processed within 30 km of the establishment.

At the beginning, there is Adrien Vacher, a wine grower who in 1950 founded his house around the quality of Savoy wines: apremont, abymes, chignin-bergeron, rosé, gamay, mondeuse and traditional method. His son-in-law, Charles Henri Gayet, expands the Domaine, especially with the Violet Castle, a house and seven hectares.

At the heart of the scree of Mount Granier on one of the oldest vineyards of Savoy, Christophe Perret, a wine grower collecting on one of the smallest plots of the Appellation, invites us to discover on site all the subtleties of the tasting and, in the open air. This wine-growing enthusiast can also arrange initiations and conferences on demand here and elsewhere in France.

You knew the Sapinette, here is the Serpolette! This wild thyme liqueur, at 25° of alcohol, completes the offer of Maison 16. Located in the heart of the Forez region, this producer makes his home-made liqueurs from hand-picked organic plants. This is also the case for the fir buds and needles that go into the composition of the Sapinette, the house's first liqueur, created in 2019. Maison 16's products are not sold directly to the consumer, but are available in many wine shops and delicatessens in the region, to contribute to the dynamism of local commerce. For Guillaume and Constant, beer is much more than a drink. Beer is a passion that they share at La Plante du Loup. Because there is not one beer, but thousands of quality craft beers and we have not finished discovering them from here and elsewhere in this surprising store. Here, we are on first-name terms, we are "friend-friends" (house motto) in this hybrid place, which is at the same time a cellar, a beer bar and a tasting place with 4 self-service growlers to fill your reusable bottle and more than 350 references in this beautiful cellar. Charlie and his team brew a craft beer, La Damoiselle, in blond, white, amber and brown versions. It is a place of meetings and exchanges, where various exhibitions and concerts take place. It is also an opportunity to discover new products, such as the famous rye winter beer. As for the Auvergn'ale, it is a light blonde beer with the particularity of being prepared in the same way by 6 breweries throughout the region (hence its name). If you really can't make it to Blesle, you can find them at La Cave Gourmande in Brioude.

Domaine l'Ancienne École is a family-run vineyard located in Vinsobres, in northeastern Provence. Organically farmed, the estate produces delicious wines with character, working in harmony with nature. With its 13 hectares of vines, Domaine l'Ancienne École produces Vinsobres cru and Côtes du Rhône wines, which are often recommended and appreciated by connoisseurs. The vineyard also offers on-site accommodation, with three gîtes for rent offering panoramic views of Mont Ventoux and the Pre-Alps. Château des Vergers is a vineyard located in Régnié-Durette. With its 12 hectares of Régnié cru vines, it is committed to environmentally-friendly practices, which has earned it the Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) label. The estate offers wine tastings featuring Gamay noir à jus blanc, the region's emblematic grape variety. Vinification is by whole bunches, giving the wines appreciable structure and acidity. The terroir is mainly composed of decomposing pink granite, sandy soil and alluvium. The vineyards benefit from a sunny climate, which helps to raise the alcohol content of the wines. Château des Vergers also offers a gîte for visitors wishing to extend their stay.

Château de la Terrière is a winery located in Cercié, in the Beaujolais region. It is considered the jewel of the region and offers a wide selection of quality wines. The estate belongs to the Beaujolais-Bourgogne winegrowers' association, which promotes the region's wines. Château de la Terrière is renowned for its production of white wines, notably those of Domaine Auvigue. The Domaine des Maisons Neuves is home to Maison Jambon Père et Fils wines. This vineyard offers a selection of authentic wines, including AOC Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly and Fleurie reds. Wine lovers can discover Maison Jambon Père et Fils wines and enjoy a unique wine tourism experience in the region.

Located in the charming village of Juliénas, the Depardon Père et Fils winery is a must-see destination for wine lovers. Run by Maryse and Jean-Paul Depardon since 1967, this family-run operation produces one of the most renowned crus in the Beaujolais region. The 12-hectare vineyard includes the Juliénas and Chénas crus, as well as the Beaujolais-Village Rouge and Beaujolais-Village Rosé appellations. The wines are produced in a sustainable manner, preserving the environment and limiting phytosanitary treatments. The estate has a tasting cellar where visitors can discover and taste the different wines produced. Don't hesitate to visit the village of Juliénas and discover the quality wines offered by Depardon Père et Fils.

This 80 hectare estate is spread over two of the terroirs of the Vinsobres Cru, the Coteau and the Collines, where the Syrahs find a beautiful expression. Concerned about the environment, Richard and Pascal Jaume develop a viticulture in harmony with nature. In the center of the village, their cellar offers a tasting of the wines of the domain and a visit of the cellar. At the end of September, the old-fashioned grape harvest is an unmissable event on the Domaine Jaume grounds. The family also offers a nice concept of vineyard rental.

With a capacity of up to 300 seated guests, it offers a reception room with character and a vaulted cellar. In the Pierres Dorées region, Domaine La Cruisille is run by brothers Hubert and Vincent Laverrière. This family estate produces harmonious, elegant wines that are representative of the region. Located in Aurillac, Les 3 Caves is a must for wine lovers. The cellars offer a wide selection of quality wines, with the option of in-store purchase, in-store collection or delivery. In the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France, Domaine Clos des Garands offers self-catering cottages for peaceful stays with family or friends. The magnificent villa, nestled among the vines, can accommodate up to 12 travelers in its 5 bedrooms and offers 2 bathrooms. The vineyards of Domaine du Pavillon extend over 9 hectares spread over a land of granite arenas, south-east exposure, which promotes the maturity of grapes and vines. Harvesting is done manually. Eric Villeneuve worthy successor of Maurice Lutz and his former Clos du Pavillon produces a formidable roannaise red old vineyards 2009 very rich and complete with soft tannins that coat a body together and an excellent 2009-, bold and shiny roannaise coast. As for the roannaise 2008 coast, in red, with its aromas of cassis and its beautiful mineral accents is also to be discovered.

Domaine du Penlois is a winery located in Lancié, in the Beaujolais region. Founded in 1922, it is now run by the Besson family, who perpetuate a know-how handed down from generation to generation. The domaine offers a selection of wines from partner winegrowers, as well as cuvées natures grown and vinified by Sébastien Besson. Sébastien Besson's aim is to innovate and to offer lively wines that reflect his mastery of organic viticulture. Domaine du Penlois wines highlight the fruit of Gamay, the region's emblematic grape variety.

Owner and harvester Stéphane Robert is a rigorous and conscientious winemaker who produces top-quality vins de pays d'Ardèche. The estate's name comes from the acquisition of a parcel of land in Saint-Péray, beneath which lies a 300 m-long disused railway tunnel. A range of white, rosé (in season) and red wines of different gustatory qualities, elaborated with research and great finesse. We can't recommend that you go and taste the wines, as you won't leave empty-handed. Their advice is invaluable in helping you make the right choice of white and red wines, the best food pairings and vice versa. Stéphane and Sandrine Robert founded their domaine in 1994, and have mastered their subject. You'll find cornas, saint-joseph, saint-péray, among other AOC wines from the area.

Domaine des Gravennes is a vineyard offering tastings and sales at the cellar.

No less than 4 generations have succeeded in this area of 24 hectares. Harvesting is manual and wines are often rewarded in competitions.

Located in Chignin, Savoie, La Combe des Grandes Vignes is a winery offering tastings and sales of Savoy wines. The Savoy wines on offer are vinified without sulfur, and aged for long periods in vats, barrels or amphoras. White wines, such as Chignin, Chignin-Bergeron and Roussette, are characterized by fruity notes balanced by a minerality specific to each parcel. Red wines, such as Mondeuse and Persan, offer expressions of red fruit and spice with a fine, tannic structure. La Combe des Grandes Vignes is a family estate that has been converted to organic and biodynamic farming. Visitors can also buy the wines online or from partner wine merchants throughout France.

Domaine J Boulon is a vineyard well worth a visit. Domaine J Boulon offers a variety of quality wines, from red to white to rosé. Visitors can learn more about the wine-making process, from vine to glass, during their visit.

Domaine Habrard is located in the town of Gervans. It is a family-run winery run by Laurent Habrard, representing the fifth generation of winemakers. The domaine offers a range of Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph and Hermitage wines. The estate emphasizes its history, philosophy and values, as well as the importance of the men and women who work there. They also organize an annual competition to create a new label for their Hermitage wine. Domaine Habrard is popular with its customers and has a blog where they share news and events.

There are more vines than inhabitants in this village of Châteaubourg! Here the Courbis brothers, Laurent and Dominique, make very nice wines to taste and discover. Their annual production of 160,000 bottles is divided between St-Joseph, Cornas, Crozes-Hermitage, St-Péray and IGP Syrah. The maturation in oak barrels gives the juices a particular personality. The wines are excellent and the prices high but... justified. They have no equal when it comes to giving you useful advice because they know their trade well and that is appreciated.

This estate produces certified organic wines, including Côtes du Rhône Villages Puymeras and Roaix. Wine lovers will be able to taste these still red wines during their visit to the estate. The domaine regularly participates in independent winegrowers' wine fairs, such as the Salon des Vins des Vignerons Indépendants in Lyon and Paris.

Domaine de Mermès is a winery located in Gras. It offers tours and tastings of its wines, as well as a gîte for visitors wishing to extend their stay. The gîte, called "Gîte des Muriers", can accommodate up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms. It is located in the heart of the family estate's vineyards and lavender fields. The owners, Séverine and Patrice, are passionate about wine and will be delighted to share their expertise with visitors. With its 18 hectares of hillside vineyards, it offers a magnificent setting in which to discover and taste their wines. In addition, the estate also offers bed & breakfast and stone gîtes, close to the swimming pool. Romantics can even stay in a roulotte in the heart of the vineyards. Visitors can enjoy the tranquility of this place and relax while appreciating the beauty of the surrounding countryside.

Located in Vinsobres, Drôme Provençale, Domaine Saint Vincent is a winery offering a wide range of quality wines. The estate, founded in the 1920s, benefits from a typical Vinsobres terroir, enabling it to produce unique Cru Vinsobres, Côtes du Rhône Villages and Côtes du Rhône wines. Traditional Grenache and Syrah grapes are used for red wines, while Viognier, Marsanne and Grenache Blanc are used for white wines. The estate also boasts olive groves where tanche olives are grown, used to produce olive oil, tapenade and olives de bouche. Domaine Saint Vincent offers cellar tours and tastings, where visitors can learn about the history of the estate and taste its wines.

One of the younger generation of Auvergne winegrowers, the dynamic Benoît Montel vinifies nearly 400 hectolitres of red, rosé and white wine in Riom. He practises integrated farming, limiting the use of chemicals. His frank, aromatic wines (Côtes-d'Auvergne, Chanturgue red, Madargue red, Châteaugay red, IGP du Puy-de-Dôme...) are benchmarks in the northern sector of the appellation. With the exception of one of his white cuvées, he does not blend his different grape varieties. Benoît Montel is like his wines: sincere, frank and enthusiastic!
