Read moreOne of the younger generation of Auvergne winegrowers, the dynamic Benoît Montel vinifies nearly 400 hectolitres of red, rosé and white wine in Riom. He practises integrated farming, limiting the use of chemicals. His frank, aromatic wines (Côtes-d'Auvergne, Chanturgue red, Madargue red, Châteaugay red, IGP du Puy-de-Dôme...) are benchmarks in the northern sector of the appellation. With the exception of one of his white cuvées, he does not blend his different grape varieties. Benoît Montel is like his wines: sincere, frank and enthusiastic!
