Located in an atypical setting in the heart of the Moulinoise city, the centre of Les Halles is the ideal place for shopping. The Dolce Vita. Add to this, the market for small local producers on Friday morning with the traditional traditional market located rue Datas et de la Liberté, numerous animations, praline night, the rentrée book book and the braderie in September.

Les Halles de Moulins sont récentes et en plein centre ville. Le magasin de fruits primeur a malheureusement fermé ses portes en 2016 (et n'a pas trouvé de repreneur). Les autres commerces sont des magasins classiques de centre ville. A noter la présence d'un marché couvert qui abritent les producteurs locaux lors du marché du vendredi mais pas lors de celui du dimanche matin ; dommage !
