At the Ferme des Perrelles, housed in a handsome golden-stone building, all local products are prepared on site, in the purest tradition and with respect for the animals, which are raised in the open air and fed on 100% organic cereals: whole and semi-cooked duck foie gras, duck breast for grilling or stuffed with foie gras, sliced or dried duck breast, pâté en croûte... as well as organic chicken and poultry liver cake, and free-range pork terrines. Products to be found at the producers' grocery store in Belmont d'Azergues.
