At the Perrelles farm, installed since 2002 in a beautiful golden stone building, you will find all the local products made in the pure tradition and respect for the animals: home-made foie gras, duck breast, whole, sliced or dried, tournedos, aiguillettes, legs, hearts. Made from hardy strains of ducks, the mulard, known for the quality of its meat, these products are guaranteed to be GMO-free (organic corn), without chemical preservatives, colourings or other stabilisers. Open doors are organised throughout the year.

The panoramic tasting cellar is located on the ridge overlooking the Ain and the Beaujolais. Raphaël Saint-Cyr welcomes you to taste free of charge the wines produced on the estate in Beaujolais, Chénas, Morgon and Moulin-à-Vent appellations. Beautiful range of wines without inputs on the 23 hectares of vines for a domain passed in Bio since 2008 and following the practices of the biodynamy. Everything is done in respect of the environment to offer living wines. Wide range of artisanal products linked to wine.

Located in Anse, Maison Braillon specializes in the manufacture and sale of artisanal Beaujolais andouillettes. This family-run business offers andouillettes made by hand to a recipe handed down through three generations. Products are available for retail and wholesale.
