In the Barceloneta district, Pasa Tapas is a traditional Catalan restaurant suitable for all kinds of occasions and at any time of day. For a dinner with friends, a gourmet break before heading to the beach, or even for group events, the establishment has a number of rooms with different capacities. The menu, essentially Mediterranean, offers something for every taste, from tapas and paella to excellent Catalan meats, not forgetting the famous menu of calçots to share.

Located on the second floor of the Hesperia hotel, Iluzione is a gourmet Italian cuisine restaurant. A large, hushed blue room encircles a suspended gold T-rex and its warm lighting fixtures make up the decor. The culinary experience takes us to Italy, with perfectly chiseled preparations, from Neapolitan lasagne to hair-raising pasta plates (the gorgonzola gnocchi are to die for!). There's also an excellent selection of wines and a number of well-crafted cocktails for connoisseurs, which can be enjoyed at the bar or in the red lounge.

Founded in 1911, it was one of Barcelona's most dazzling hardware stores at the time. But few people know the secrets it harbors: during the Civil War, a secret dining room was built in its basement. Named Club 61, it now serves cocktails in a jazzy atmosphere. The restaurant also offers traditional cuisine based on quality local produce, prepared as tapas or more refined Spanish dishes. A wonderful discovery, to be enjoyed at any time of day!

Through tapas and dishes, Sophie offers an eclectic menu that fuses Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine with Asian and Latin influences. The fusion of local and international products stands out, always playing with seasonal produce. Ideal for combining dinner with cocktails. Sophie is the last of the Balcastro family, Elsa and Fred's little sister, and is both extrovert and a night owl. The glamour of a Parisian bistro and the relaxed ambience of an Italian trattoria with a touch of Spanish movida rock.

In an alley near Mateos Gago, this bar with a long counter and a good team has changed from a copa bar (for drinking only) to a tapas and copas bar. In an often festive atmosphere, you can try the salmojeros, the burgers or the tapas of the day (ceviche, tortilla de patatas or mini cheddar burger...), which have sometimes won awards during Tapas Week. The other address, el pasaje Santa María la blanca, (Ximénez de Enciso, 33) has the same range of dishes, but in this second place you can also enjoy a nice little terrace.

This restaurant on Calle de Nàpols, linked to the famous Casa Lolea du Born, is named after Pepeta Moreu, Gaudi's muse. A woman in the shadows who nevertheless left her mark on the city. The place itself is quite simple, a bright and beautifully arranged bistro, as are the culinary offerings, inspired by the authentic flavors of Casa Lolea. Led by chef Ander González, this renowned table occupies a beautifully restored old banana warehouse. In addition to its beautiful decor, the restaurant offers quality traditional cuisine, inherited from a long family tradition (Ander's grandparents owned a bar in the Plaza de la Constitución). On the menu, you will find, for example, excellent scallops a la plancha, small Orio sausages with roasted peppers, or a carrillera simmered in red wine. This address has everything to seduce. A privileged location, difficult to do better, in a family house of the great flamenco flamenco Enrique Morente, the sublime views on the Alhambra for moments of romance, and a kitchen to travel in the Mediterranean with the good Andalusian gastronomic products. Splendid sea view through large bay windows, where you can enjoy a sublime cuisine combining tradition and advanced gastronomic research. Akelarre's sommelier, Juan Carlos Muro, is an institution in his own right. The "maridaje" (wine accompaniment) option is a must, as it is just as intense an experience as tasting the dishes. Discreet, friendly and French-speaking, Juan Carlos offers an admirable accompaniment.

An authentic pizzeria (kept by an Italian), very charming and with a nice terrace, in the historic centre. A good variety of pizzas, Italian cheese fans can take the tasty "anchovy provolone". The restaurant also serves lasagna, salads and pasta. A good address to escape some of the tourist restaurants at Calle Mayor.

Restaurant in a Jewish house of the fourteenth century, with stone columns and an original patio of the period. The cuisine is based on ancient and traditional Sefarad and Al-Andalus recipes. Among the different dishes, we will test the lamb, but there will also be duck confit. The restaurant also offers many vegetarian dishes. The wines are selected and the desserts are home made. Almost every day you will have the chance to enjoy live music in the patio. Casa Mazal won the 2018 Cordoba Gourmet Award.

You don't have to wait for Valentine's Day to enjoy a romantic dinner in a unique place, in good company and of course with a quality menu. This beautifully restored 17th century cellar hides the city's history within its walls, which once housed Freemasons, Napoleon's opponents and Civil War dissidents. Nowadays, the niches where the barrels were kept at the time allow each table to have its own privacy to better enjoy the Mediterranean cuisine that combines tradition and modernity.

Just a stone's throw from the Museo Greco, this is a very good address. You'll find a warm, rustic yet chic setting for lomo de la Orza (pig's tenderloin), Toleban-style partridge, cod brandade with fried bacon, tender venison fillet with potato emulsion and mango sauce and, for dessert, mazapan custard. The Aquarela and one of the finest restaurants in the region. It is in an idyllic setting with a nice terrace and swimming pool. Opened since 1992, you will find here a fine creative cuisine and excellent wines in a select atmosphere, ideal for a romantic or unforgettable dinner. On the menu, a wide choice of dishes such as wild gambas, oven baked turbot, carré lamb and picks potato, milk pig conflict, lobster medallions…

Opened in 1954, it is the oldest bar in Marbella. He has had time to make tourists known, but it has not gone away from the people who continue to be faithful to him. On the elbow to the barra, on all small tables, in a corner of the restaurant or on the street, we continue to honour its perfectly honest tapas: albondigas, croquetas, jamon, all that there is more Iberian. For those who would like to appreciate the paw of Martin Berasategui, Michelin-starred chef, here is a slightly more informal and accessible proposal than the 3-star restaurant already present in the Abama hotel. Opened in July 2016, it presents the classics of traditional Spanish cuisine, but with the touch of a great expert. It can also be enjoyed in the form of raciones such as croquettes, ham, cheese, mushrooms or squid, depending on the season. There will also be small octopuses with potato cream, coriander mussels, fish carpaccios, superb grills, veal tartars and of course, hams and Iberian cheeses. To finish, for example, with the arroz con leche, another must-see. Given its success, this restaurant, which is open every day, is full and it will be wise to plan your reservation in advance.

Just a few steps from the cathedral, this furiously authentic bodega has belonged to the same family since its creation in 1850. The counter separates the restaurant (entrance C/ Cristóbal de Castillejo) from the bar. On one side people are standing, on the other, sitting in a room decorated with large earthenware jars. In a typical yet chic atmosphere, you can enjoy tapas served on a wooden board: smoked tuna, tortilla, local ham... while drinking a glass of tinto. You will notice the large collection of bottles on display. Not to be missed.

In the maze of streets of the Albaicín between Mirador de San Nicolás and San Juan de los Reyes, this is an address that deserves a good reputation, and rightly so. From the outset, we appreciate the cozy and intimate atmosphere, the garden terrace, a haven of peace, or a nice living room with fireplace. Culinary specialties combine Andalusian products with some know-how and always concern the presentation: artichokes with ham, gambas and wine "palo cortado", boar accompanied by rice and mushrooms (risotto way), cod at plancha and beans, Iberian bacon and beet purée, and finally pork filet in its juice and cedar sauce. Not to mention homemade desserts. A good cellar with references from the province of Granada and Spain, as well as a service always to the smallest care, will complete a painting that is more than exciting.

In the pedestrian heart, you will be able to visit the international and also the premises, around a circular bar, place on the round tapas of the day (not always unforgettable!), accompanied by glass of wine. Even if the brave and cheerful servers sometimes push a little to consumption (it's good war!), this cheerful comic band takes care to keep the glasses destined for beer at the expense. Bravo for the atmosphere, gentlemen!

A few steps from the church of Santo Domingo, the chef de cuisine Pablo Grosso and the master Rafael Montero Navas have been striving since the beginning of this century to satisfy a demanding clientele. The hotel has a brand-new, pseudo-refined kitchen that constantly restores the culinary tradition of fresh market products: blocks, pickled fish, stews, pastries… Small salons with a massive décor. Don't be fooled by appearances, the place seems very small, but it has a room upstairs and another advantage, a beautiful terrace overlooking the main square of Alhama de Granada. From the outset, you will be greeted by Antonio Miguel, a colourful character and owner of the place, who will offer you tapas concocted by his wife. On the following program, good cold cuts, grilled meats or fried fish. Attention, small stomachs will have to abstain.

A few steps from the Opera House, the Algarabía is a small, intimate restaurant. The specialities of the house are from Rioja, a region north of Madrid: cod to tomato, lamb to mushrooms, etc. A small address to discover.

Jaime Uz's cuisine is a marvellous combination of technique, aesthetics and respect for the region's products. Awarded a Michelin star, the Asturian chef delights his guests in a traditional and warm setting, where it is good to take your time. You will have the choice between several tasting menus and succulent dishes à la carte. Let yourself be tempted by the tuna roll with tomato sauce, the roast pigeon with rosemary butter or the oyster risotto with ginger. Real wonders!

Located in a very nice green setting, this foundation allows you to sit in a beautiful decorated room or to enjoy a large shaded terrace. Its menu specializes in Catalan cuisine and when the season comes, its calçotades (grilled onions and stems served with romesco sauce) are particularly appreciated. Just like his tomato bread with ham, cut on the spot. The wait is sometimes a little long, but don't forget your bathing suit because, as a bonus, you can take a dip in the pool.

Right in the center of town, opposite the Parroquia San Miguel, the old wine tavern La Montillana has had an excellent reputation since it was founded in 1948, both for its typical convivial atmosphere, its passionate bullfighting decoration, its exceptional beverages, its delicious traditional home cooking and its gatherings of loyal regulars, worthy representatives of Cordoba's social diversity. In a beautiful arty space with a small terrace at the entrance, a dining room, a mezzanine and a roof terrace, this "tank" offers Andalusian cuisine with oriental touches. Using fresh market produce, the seasonal menu is made up of beautifully presented dishes: chicken wok with rice and green vegetables, fried cod with tartar sauce and grilled vegetables, liver breast prepared a la plancha with fruit risotto. All generations combined, they are renowned for their typical Andalusian specialities and their neat, classy and friendly surroundings. Part bar/restaurant, the pretty decoration gives pride of place to the nicely lit woodwork and red bricks. Solomillo de buey (beef fillet), presa ibérica, secreto ibérico (piece of Iberian pork), revueltos de morcilla (scrambled eggs), rabo de toro (bull tail), tabla d'embutidos (sausage board) are among the sure values of this house at the various branches in the district. The cuisine of the day also provides the joy of tasting charcoal and paella meats. Cured meats, smoked meats, canned food, pâtés and para picar cheeses (for pitting) also provide snacks. A certain consistency in quality and good atmosphere.

The old tertulia del Rinconcillo where, once, intellectuals including Federico García Lorca met for literary cafés, is a classic among classics.Despite the disappearance of its historic chef Antonio Torres, his Andalusian cuisine with arabic influences maintains its fame in rustic lounge or summer terrace, very pleasant. As example of dishes on the menu: remojón granadino (cod to orange presented in an original way in reversed bowl), delicious foie gras with Pedro Ximenez and candied apple bed, then tasty bull tail or solomillo of ternera nazarí (fillet of veal with grapes at). The whole Spain is in the wine at very affordable prices. You won't also neglect the tapas at the bar, including the hilarious small shrimps (quisquillas) of Motril. This family tavern offers in its large room a generous menu with fish soup, lamb ribs, guts of the land. Several tapas are also à. And, reserved for good days, the special grilled fish grill for two people.

Founded in 1888 in the emblematic Plaza del Castillo, this sumptuous café-restaurant was frequented by Hemingway, to whom he paid homage in the "Rincón de Hemingway", a magical place to have a coffee or aperitif. There you can also have lunch or dinner comfortably seated inside or on the terrace. The huge, finely worked mirrors, the thick Art Nouveau columns in the centre of the large room, the profusion of mouldings and chandeliers on the ceiling, everything here is romantic. Highly recommended!

You can eat well, dildo and cheap in a local and tourist atmosphere. Fresh fish and other meat and canary specialities.

This restaurant is nice and you will eat authentic Canary cuisine, which is rare in these places.

A pretty terrace on a very lively square, in front of an old house with ochre walls and further on a palm tree, one settles here first for the decor. But we will also come back for its Venezuelan specialties which are very appreciated in Santa Cruz. Try them with arepas or cachapas, a kind of pancake filled with meat, vegetables, cheese... but also with fried bananas accompanied by homemade guacamole or fruit juice. A pleasant place to take a break at any time, on small green wrought iron benches.

This restaurant prides itself on offering the best of traditional Catalan and Basque gastronomy, but with a technical and gourmet touch that gives it an authentic personality. This bright establishment cooks fresh products directly from the market. Don't hesitate to order their tortilla rota (broken omelette), octopus or hake barbels. For the dessert, you will need time to decide, because they are all appetizing! The staff is very pleasant despite the high number of people.
