The Merkurbergbahn, also known as the Merkurbahn, is a meter-gauge funicular railroad. It leads up the Merkur mountain in Baden-Baden. Over a distance of 1,192 meters, it reaches a height of 370 meters. The route has a gradient of 23% to a maximum of 58%. The substation is located at 287 and the journey takes around five minutes.
