Les Vignerons en Terres Romanes is a wine cooperative based in Marquixanes. Their passion is to create wines of character that reflect both the people and the high altitude of the region.

A story of La Fare-les-Oliviers winemakers, starting in 1929 with a common desire to gather their vineyards and to put in place a powerful vinification tool. Today, 120 members, spread over the municipalities of La Fare, Lançon, Coudoux, Berre and Rognac, operate 300 ¥ ha of vineyards. The co-op produces an average of 15,000 hl hl to 20,000 hl hl of wines, of which 40 ¾ % in AOC coteaux-d 'Aix and sells directly to the cellar a full range of bulk wines, bag-in-box and bottles. Since 2011, the Valençay winery welcomes you in a new location. Created by the merger of the cooperatives of Saleilles and Canet in 1988, the company is now called "Les Vignobles du Soleil". This group includes more than 90 winegrowers, for a surface area of 250 ha (on a quaternary alluvial soil), united by the values of cooperation. The vault of the Terroirs Romans de Villeneuve de la Raho is located in the former Cooperative cellar (a large yellow building that cannot be missed) on the road towards the lake. Les Vignobles de Vendéole offers you the opportunity to discover its wines in its shop all year round and takes you on a stroll to discover the magnificent landscapes of the Malepère during the "Oenoapéros" (by reservation or spontaneously), during July and August, a relaxed and commented tasting, accompanied by very local products, to be shared in the shade of a magnificent lime tree. This co-operative founded in 1922 makes wines from Mediterranean countries and des de Provence. The winemakers of Lambesc, together in co-operative cellar, pay tribute to the name of the right Roy René, duke of Anjou, Count of Provence and Forcalquier (1409-1480) who made the wine growing in Aix. The cooperative "La Pugétoise" has since 1987 become the Cellier Saint-Sidoine, the name of the bell tower surrounded by vineyards. The vineyards of Puisseguin Lussac Saint-Emilion extend over 1,100 hectares of land with clay and limestone soils. Their wines with their unique characteristics seduce with their gourmet and intense aromas. They are certified Origine France Garantie. Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion has the French label AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée) as well as the European label AOP (Appellation d'Origine Protégée).

History. The history of the Puisseguin vineyard dates back to 56 BC, when the Romans cleared the Cumbis forest to plant the first vines. In the ^5th century, after the fall of the Roman Empire, viticulture owed its survival to Christianity. And it was in the 8th century, with the passage of Emilion, that the village took the name of Saint-Emilion.

The Middle Ages also left deep marks on today's vineyards. Its extreme fragmentation is due to the small size of medieval farms. The Jurade, founded in 1919, is a reminder of the English presence. However, the Age of Enlightenment turned Saint-Emilion upside down. In the 18th century, a generation of owners marked their time by developing new methods for viticulture. They carry out major work and completethe selection of the grape varieties. With this work as close as possible to the terroir, the notion of "cru" for the best wines appears.

In 1884, after the phylloxera (aphid pest) crisis, the winegrowers of Saint-Emilion founded the first wine union in France. Later, in 1948, the winegrowers of Saint-Emilion reconstituted the famous Jurade, which had been dissolved during the French Revolution.

Since 2007, the Saint-Emilion wine union has been associated with the wine unions of Lussac Saint-Emilion and Puisseguin Saint-Emilion, within the Saint-Emilion Wine Council. The 20th century also saw the vineyard listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site as a cultural landscape.

The products. The vineyards of Saint-Emilion and Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Lussac Saint-Emilion and Puisseguin Saint-Emilion include the three main grape varieties of Bordeaux: Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.

In this sunny town, which is dominated by the castle of Des d'Eguilles, located 10 kilometres north-west of Aix, wine-growing represents half of the agricultural activity. The cooperative wine cellar in Eguilles was created in 1923 by Lucien Fauchier, a farmer and a man of letters. Today, it brings together the wine growers of a vineyard that totals 230 hectares and produces the COTEAUX of Aix-en-Provence and wines from the Bouches-du-Rhône region. The vineyard covers the municipalities of Eguilles, Aix-en-Provence, Ventabren, St-Cannat, Rognes and Lambesc. Founded in 1931, the Cave des Vins de Cru de Lirac brings together 300 hectares of this exceptional little terroir, which has been an AOC since 1947. The production of the 4 communes authorized to shelter the nectar is centralized here, in Saint-Laurent-des-Arbres, a village with papal fortifications. In other words, the cooperators have a wonderful respect for their terroir, which has a soil similar to that of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The same tray, therefore, as the famous Tavel, which gives the Lirac rosé a very special flavour, returned to the cooperative cellar. In September 2013, 5 cellars (from north to south: Cave d'Azé, Cave de Viré, Cave du Château de Chénas, Cave du Château des Loges and Cave des Vignerons des Pierres Dorées) joined forces to form the Alliance des Vignerons Bourgogne Beaujolais (AVB). Florence Monferran is both a historian and a winemaker, which gives her a very particular approach to the vine. Here, she brings back to life small plots of Muscat à petits grains to offer sweet, natural, light and organic wines. At Clos de Miège, she highlights the historical winegrowing heritage of the area by reproducing the conditions of elaboration and practices of excellence of the ^17th and ^18th centuries. The La Cavale cooperative, which has just celebrated its centenary, is a reference in the Limoux region in terms of agricultural supplies and plant production. But the cooperative also offers a range of products that delight us, all in an eco-responsible approach: Olisoli olive oils - Le Moulin du Sou, Ardence eau de Vie, a craft beer: Alambiquée and the famous Mint, Tangerine or Lemon Crème Religieuse from the Apéroc range. Since 1947, the Cave des Côtes d'Olt has been producing wines of high expression, rich and harmonious, made mainly from the Malbec grape variety, supplemented by the Merlot and Tannat varieties. This tradition combined with a solid knowledge of the vinification of the best terroirs and a rigorous selection of plots contribute to the numerous awards received each year. The only cooperative of the appellation regroups 70 winemakers and offers events all year long.

Created in 1933, this olive-growing cooperative extracts oil from olives (Aglandau or Verdale de Carpentras variety), an operation known as trituration. It is in constant evolution, but retains a traditional manufacturing process with grinding with millstones and real cold pressing. La Colombe produces approximately 10 to 15% of the oil sold. Oils that are often rewarded, notably at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris.

The story began in 1923, when a handful of winegrowers set up a cooperative winery in the heart of the Chablis vineyards. Since then, La Chablisienne has grown to some 300 members, including 200 winegrowers and 5 prestigious vineyards, representing no less than 25% of the Chablis vineyards. In their cellar, located just a stone's throw from the basilica, you can expect to make many discoveries. All the more so if your stay here doesn't include a visit to Chablis, where another cellar is of course available. Of particular note are the excellent introductory wine-tasting courses on offer.

Since 1995, when the cooperative opened, the Pays d'Ensérune winegrowers have combined tradition and innovation. Their 3,200-hectare vineyard, spread over 11 villages, features classic Mediterranean grape varieties such as carignan, grenache, muscat and cinsault, as well as AOPs such as Saint Chinian and Coteaux du Languedoc. Two tasting and sales cellars are available: one in Nissan-lez-Enserune and the other in Cazouls-lès-Béziers.

To fully express the specific characteristics of the Richerenches terroir, the winegrowers decided in 1966 to join forces and found the Le Cellier des Templiers winery. Made up of grape varieties typical of southern France (syrah, grenache blanc and noir, viognier, marsanne, roussanne, etc.), the 700-hectare vineyard extends over three AOPs: côtes-du-rhône, côtes-du-rhône-villages visan and grignan-les-adhémar. When black truffles are in production in winter and white truffles in summer, reserve in advance for a tasting of truffle toast with the award-winning cuvée Diamant Noir.

Founded in 1925, the Cave de Rasteau is one of the oldest wineries in the Rhône Valley and the first in the Rasteau appellation. The 600 ha of vines produce quality wines; yield control, vineyard management and respect for tradition are at the heart of the concerns of the winery, which owes its reputation to its prestigious crus, including Rasteau Vins Doux Naturels. In addition to free tastings, the Caveau team welcomes individual and group customers all year round for guided tours of the vineyards.

Celliers des 3 Tours" is a cooperative winery born of the gradual merger of the Moussac wineries with Brignon (merged in 1990) and Boucoiran (merged in 2003). As each village had its own tower, the name "Celliers des 3 Tours" was chosen. At the cooperative's cellar, which has been growing steadily for the past eighteen years, you can discover, taste and buy Pays d'Oc wines. The wine is typical of the south of France, and particularly of the Gard department, thanks to this fusion of small villages. You can taste on site at the cellar.
