CAVE DES VIGNERONS DES GORGES DU TARN
It is the showcase of the Coopérative des Vignerons des Gorges du Tarn. Its ten co-operators produce on 52 hectares about 2 000 hl (or 180 000 bottles) of rib-de-millau in four vintages. The Lords of Rosé rosé are gamay, the red is a marriage of gamay, cabernet, syrah and iron servadou, typical grape varieties. The White Peysir is composed of chenin and mauzac, the Master of Red Sempettes is a generous wine, from a selection of old plots, high in oak barrels. The co-operative also produces country wine, as well as an aperitif based on gamay, plant and nut extracts, Le, and cartagena, Félicie. Three independent wine growers (La Tour Saint-Martin, Domaine Montrozier, Domaine des 1 000 Stones) take advantage of the co-operative's modern services and vinification equipment. In association with other producers, she invites the discovery of a «vineyard path» and a cellar visits.
