Since 1947, the Cave des Côtes d'Olt has been producing wines of high expression, rich and harmonious, made mainly from the Malbec grape variety, supplemented by the Merlot and Tannat varieties. This tradition combined with a solid knowledge of the vinification of the best terroirs and a rigorous selection of plots contribute to the numerous awards received each year. The only cooperative of the appellation regroups 70 winemakers and offers events all year long.

Opening time and information on VINOVALIE, CAVE DES CÔTES D'OLT

Open from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6:30pm. Events all year long (concerts, meals, hikes...). Visit by appointment of the cellar + visit of the barrel cellar + tasting : 10 € / pers. Possibility of meals for groups of at least 20 people with a customized catering menu.
