In 2011, Cédric embarked on the adventure of what would become Les Rhums de Ced', with the ambition of restoring the reputation of these spirits, known as "arranged rums". At the origin of this adventure, this memorable memory of his grandfather preparing a personal recipe for ti-punch for each family meeting. Today, Ced' Rums are made up of three main categories and many flavours: original ti, arranged ti and planting ti. Banana-cocoa, apple-pear, strawberry guava, kumquat-coffee or even lemon-passion or Victoria pineapple: so many flavours to discover for a tasteful journey full of exoticism.
