On the very typical soil of the Roussillon plain, the Elne vines are cultivated on sandy and deep soils. The winegrowers produce PGI Côtes Catalanes, Côtes du Roussillon and natural Doux Wines. Elne's sales cellar is located behind the Cave Coopérative, at the end of the village in the direction of Argelès. Rustic and period, you will be charmed by its exposed stone walls, its old beams, its two magnificent tuns. It is the ideal place if you like to taste in a rustic and winegrower setting. The vault is more intimate than Cabestany's and you feel at home in the company of Laurence, the mistress of the place, who will guide you according to your preferences.
