The heart of the Domaine des Pins lies between Burgundy and Beaujolais, on the slopes of Saint-Amour. 8 hectares of vines are cultivated using sustainable methods, producing Saint-Amour, white Beaujolais and Crémant de Bourgogne. Taken over by Joseph De Sonis, a great connoisseur of the terroir and wine-making, joined in 2017 by Bertrand Polosse, the domaine is working to promote this romantic appellation cru to the region's top restaurants and around the world.
