Welcome to the paradise of Sologne gastronomy! The farm was in ruins when the Crèche brothers took it over thirty years ago. Since 2014, the new owners, Isabelle and Vincent Cailleau, are keen to continue the tradition of their predecessors while developing the offer. You will be spoilt for choice between foie gras, preserved rillettes or duck pâté, duck or venison stew or duck salmis with chanterelles... The doors of their farm are also open, by appointment, if you wish to visit.
