Le Temps des Chevaux is an itinerant dinner show that brings together draught horse breeder Éric Coupé and stage director Denis Hubleur. Their program revisits the relationship between horses and people in Burgundy. More than a historical show, l'instant is a plunge into the daily life of our ancestors, who couldn't work the land without the draught horse. In association with chef Guillaume Royer, they invite visitors to discover dishes concocted with seasonal and local produce.

Following the success of the first edition of the Chope ta Mousse Festival in 2019, a second vintage is already in preparation for 2020! This traditional beer festival is a good example of the growth of microbreweries at both the national and local levels. On the programme, two days of meetings to discover the traditional brewing and tastings, in a friendly and festive atmosphere. All to your mugs!

The ^3rd edition of the Gastronomy Festival, which attracts crowds, is promising. It must be said that this is an opportunity for professionals in the food industry to make themselves known. The range of products on display is wide: organic wine, the sweets of the Charles-de-Foucauld high school, but also prepared dishes at cost price. You will also discover amazing products: beer yoghurt and other creations. During this event, you can also get to know the city's merchants. The atmosphere is friendly and warm. The Rameaux Faire is a great living room for open agriculture. The farmers in the surrounding area leave their most beautiful animals (horse, horses, etc.) for a parade, competitions or demonstrations of training. Some animals invade the heart of Bergues. Rutilantes agricultural machines are displayed on the streets of the squares. A gourmet village and an elegant exhibition complete the visit.

The France Bière Challenge is an annual national beer competition. For the brewers, it is an opportunity to showcase their productions and put them in competition with each other. A delegation of experts, journalists and world-renowned international tasters alongside professional French tasters from all over France will hand out the prizes and decide between the competitors. It is also an opportunity for visitors to learn more about the national brewing industry and to make new discoveries. This annual event, organized by the Val Parisis Agglomeration, gives you the chance to discover all the culinary and gastronomic wonders the region has to offer. Traditional products for sale, food and drink (on site or to take away) and even entertainment for children (including a traditional farm) are all on offer. Last year, the festival was held in La Frette-sur-Seine. This year, it's on to Sannois!

To close the summer season, Marmande is planning a major gourmet celebration around its red star. The former Tomato Fiesta, now known as the Fêtes de Marmande, returns to its roots! On the menu: two lively days with a large farmers' market, cooking competitions and gourmet stands featuring tomatoes in all their forms. This year, Les Galettes du Monde will once again feature 29 countries! This two-day festival is unique. It has won the incredible challenge of bringing together cultural associations from the four corners of the globe to showcase the extraordinary variety of galettes cooked (cereals, rice...) everywhere: Madagascar, in the spotlight this year, but also Colombia, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Ukraine, Cambodia, Senegal, Vietnam, Afghanistan, the Berbers, Burkina Faso... and of course Brittany.

The combination of foie gras (60%) surrounded by fine pork stuffing and truffles (3%) is even tastier as it ages. Good news! Because the 2020 edition of this gastronomic event having been cancelled, 2021 will be an even better year for connoisseurs. The promotion of this product, which is several hundred years old and bears the name of the city, is ensured by the pâté brotherhood, in red and green costume. The annual competition is open to professionals from the Dordogne.

It's in mid-August, when it's perfectly gorged with sunshine, that the Lectoure melon is celebrated! A local product par excellence, this gourmet jewel deserves a tribute from the town. On the program: melon tasting during the market and election of the best producer. In the evening, the confrérie opens the festivities, and the bandas liven up the aperitif. On the menu: melon, of course, but also delicious Gascon specialities. A DJ enlivens the evening, which attracts a large number of summer visitors and Gersois faithful to this summer rendezvous.

In the asparagus capital of the region, some thirty exhibitors liven up this regional festival that kicks off the season. Asparagus takes pride of place, along with flowers, strawberries, honeys and local meats.

The farmers' market includes a velouté meal. At the end of the afternoon, it's time for the World Bundling Championship. The rules of the game: each bundle must weigh 1 kg, be tied with 2 rubber bands, and none must be broken. The day ends with a giant asparagus omelette. Entertainment and bandas. Ideal for families.

It's the kind of event you like to stumble across on the streets of Dijon. Every year, for a weekend in June, the Rhineland-Palatinate House blocks off the Rue Buffon for a giant open-air festival. For this ^26th edition, fans of German beers and delicatessen delicacies from across the Rhine will be catered for with dedicated stands. An initiative of the 4 Vents du Bouglonnais association and retired bakers. In 1960, Ivan, the last baker in the village to make wood-fired bread, closed up store, and the smell of freshly baked bread ceased to hang over Bouglon. In 2015, bread and heritage enthusiasts restored the village's communal oven, and since then, a bread festival has been held in Bouglon in early summer. On the program: bread-making and baking in the communal oven, a "auberge espagnole" at lunchtime, and the opportunity to bake your own dishes in the oven.

Organized by theUnion des Producteurs de Bourgogne Côtes du Couchois, La Ronde Du Couchois allows you to discover the typical characteristics of the appellation "Bourgogne Côtes du Couchois" and to celebrate the recognition of the red wines as AOC in 2000. Organized by the winegrowers' union of the AOC La Clape, the event takes place in the middle of the vineyards, from a vineyard of the massif. It's the pig's party! One Sunday in mid-August, Trie-sur-Baïse becomes 100% pig. To laugh and keep the memories of the centuries during which the village housed the largest market in French piglets. A highlight of the day, the French championship of imitation of the cry of the pig. There's also the race of piglets and the sweater contest. All gourmets can compete. All day early in the morning with the BBQ breakfast, follow animations, games and gourmet meals. Certainly one of the most beautiful festivals of the Hautes-Pyrénées.

In this country, breeders are numerous and so are butchers. Because we love meat! The fête des boeufs gras is a popular event, with visitors flocking in early in the morning. The highlight of the day is at 10:30 a.m., when the fattened oxen are paraded through the town from the Ateliers de la Source, followed by the blessing of the oxen by Pépé Lescourège. The festival is enlivened by local bandas. At midday, you'll be treated to butcher's delicacies. On-site refreshments and numerous stalls (oysters, goat's cheese, honey, desserts). Les Compagnons des Côtes du Rhône: a popular festival to mark the opening of the grape harvest, organized by the Compagnons des Côtes du Rhône. There's plenty of entertainment for young and old alike, with a parade of Confréries, a harvest mass, harvesting of the Popes' vineyard planted at Rochers des Doms, Côtes du Rhône tastings, and the sale of a wide range of local produce in conjunction with Les Halles d'Avignon. All this followed by a large picnic and a popular ball. Have fun, but always in moderation!

Every 2 years, the commune of Duclair organises the Fête du Canard et de la Gastronomie to pay tribute to the town's emblematic animal. On 1^st September 2024, don't miss this festive event dedicated to gastronomy and fun. Epicureans come to sample a wide range of local products, including foie gras, aiguillettes, pâté and much more. Booths from local associations will be on hand to present their beautiful town.

Castelnaudary can't go a year without celebrating its cassoulet! The festival kicks off with the "ronde du cassoulet", a night-time walk and run, and continues on the following days with musical bandas, shows and concerts, a craft market, a cycle tour and the "Grande Confrérie du Cassoulet". Dance to the rhythm of the brass bands during the day, or dance the night away at the open-air discotheque, not forgetting to join in the corso fleuri, a grand procession of floats in honor of cassoulet!

Every July, the Douve Blanche festival takes place in Egreville. Created in 2016 by the musico-culinary collective Animal Records & Kitchen, it's an original way of combining music and gastronomy for a weekend, in an extraordinary setting: under the ramparts of the historic château. For its ^10th year, in 2024, the festive event will bring together a number of artists, including Vitalic, Sierra, Bagarre, Kendal and Angie & Lazuli. As at every farmers' market in the Dordogne department, this is the season for producers' stalls featuring ducks and geese in all their finery. February is the season to cook carcass soup or prepare preserves for the coming season. On the markets, there's plenty to keep you busy all day long.
