In January, truffles take center stage in Gréolières and Le Rouret. Come and taste this world-famous gourmet delicacy!
In January, Gréolières and Le Rouret put truffles in the spotlight! Here, you can watch truffle dog demonstrations, taste truffle dishes, visit plots, take part in workshops and learn more about Tuber Melanosporum, a rare mushroom with a strong taste and smell, used in the form of small clippings to enhance dishes. Nicknamed the "black diamond", it's a world reference in gastronomy! See you on the second weekend of January in Le Rouret, and on the last weekend of January in Gréolières.
