Two weeks before Easter, the village of Millas celebrates the Bunyete and the olive. Appreciated by the Catalans, the Bunyetes, a kind of round, wide doughnut flavoured with orange blossom and generously sprinkled with sugar, have always been made in the family where, from the youngest to the oldest, everyone puts their hand to the dough in a generational conviviality.
