In Carpentras or Apt, the truffle is the star product from November to March. A real gourmet rendez-vous for the most discerning palates.

The finest palates are not unaware that Provence is a land of truffles. From November onwards, several towns in the region hold dedicated markets, including the small and charming town of Apt, in the Vaucluse. Depending on the time of the season and the abundance or not of truffles, the number of exhibitors varies. It can be limited but the truffles that can be found here are of a high quality. Prices vary according to variety and rarity. All around the truffle market is the beautiful traditional market.
