This chocolate maker, already installed in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, also has an establishment in the center of Saint-Raphaël. He makes and sells many confectionery products, starting with nougats and delicious chocolates, including the local specialty, the Rocher de Roquebrune, a nougat surrounded by chocolate lightly scented with orange. The estate of one of the oldest families in Ramatuell, Benet-Gartich, which has been perpetuating family know-how for five generations since 1907, extends over 30 hectares, 27 of which are classified as AOC vines cultivated using sustainable agriculture. The main grape varieties present are Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Rolle, Semillon and Viognier (for the PGI wines). Three cuvées are available, Prestige, 2S and the exceptional cuvée 1907, and can be enjoyed at the winebar in the middle of the estate's vineyards.

This 12-hectare vineyard, acquired in 1977 by Régine Sumeire, is an unspoiled spot on the Saint Tropez peninsula. Certified organic since 2005 and biodynamic since 2020, it owes its reputation to Régine Sumeire's famous rosé, which has given a boost to Provence rosés since 1985. Her cuvée Pétale de rose, with its pale pink color, has given ideas to many other winemakers. Régine Sumeire also owns another estate of nearly 90 hectares in the Var, Château la Tour de l'Evêque, located in Pierrefeu-du-Var.

Philippe and Marie-Hélène Grammont manage this 6.5-hectare estate located in green Provence. In a landscape with an air of Tuscany, the 18th century bastide is surrounded by vines, olive trees and cypresses. 11 different grape varieties are cultivated in integrated agriculture with vinification on the estate. The cooperative cellar of Pierrefeu gathers the productions of different wine growers of the territory. Château de Brégançon in Bormes-les-Mimosas is a vast 17th-century residence, where the Tézenas family has been carefully cultivating vines with an average age of 40 years on 42 hectares since 1816. Their wines, made from a variety of grape varieties and classified as Côtes-de-Provence crus since 1955, come in two cuvées in all three colors. Environmentally aware, the estate is certified to level 3 of the Haute Valeur Environnementale and obtained the label Agriculture Biologique in 2020, rewarding its efforts in sustainable agriculture to maintain its level of excellence.

The estate, certified organic Ecocert since 2014, covers 120 hectares, where 36 hectares of vines are planted on clay-limestone soil on the bottom, very stony at the foot of the hill. The wines produced here are natural, without yeast, enzymes or chemicals. The range consists of 4 vintages in AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and IGP Coteaux du Verdon: Bob Singlar, les Monges, septentrionales and OVNI 100% Nat. Today, a new valley of twelve hectares, "Les pierres blanches", planted with vines and olive trees, has been added to the domain, hosting numerous beehives that produce excellent mountain and lavender honeys, to be discovered at the cellar at the same time as the wines.

Domaine de l'Allamande is a 115-hectare family estate located in Cuers, in the golden triangle of the Côtes de Provence. Taken over by the Quiroga family in 2013, the estate produces authentic, elegant wines with respect for the environment, as evidenced by its ongoing conversion to organic farming. Vincent Quiroga, the 8th generation of young winemakers, is committed to perpetuating the family winegrowing tradition. The wines express the estate's different terroirs, from the schists of Pierrefeu to the slopes of Allamande. It's the ideal place to find terroir wines full of value.

The estate, created in 1974, located at the gateway to the Verdon National Park, extends its 200-hectare vineyard in a sumptuous natural cirque. Developed by the Dieudonné family in the 2000s, it has become the largest estate in the AOC Coteaux Varois appellation in Provence. In 2017, Pascal Debon took over and invested in state-of-the-art equipment to make gourmet and delicate wines. Since July 2019, the estate has been home to the Cantarelle distillery, a Provence gin made exclusively from Provence grapes.

In addition to being the only estate in the commune of Saint-Raphaël, this 12-hectare vineyard is a pure jewel, with unparalleled beauty and a breathtaking view of the sea and the Esterel massif. The soil is made of a red and crumbly volcanic rock which brings finesse, originality and minerality to the wines produced. Covering an area of 15 ha, Domaine Les Mûriers is planted with AOP Côteaux Varois en Provence vines. The first rosé wine was produced in 2021, and since 2022, rosé and white wines have been available. This century-old cooperative produces AOP Côtes-de-Provence and IGP des Maures wines. The winegrowers of Gonfaron have created "Inverso", a concept that gives consumers the keys to choosing and tasting their wines in an original way and provides visual cues to help them live the wine experience. With three levels of reading, numerical scale, product name and bottle design, Gonfaron wines become more accessible and understandable. The cooperative cellars of Saint-Maximin and Tourves, which produce organic PDO, IGP Var Sainte-Baume wines and sparkling wines, joined forces in 1997.
