The village is well known for its tiles. But olive is also one of the institutions of Varages. We've been celebrating for years in mid-March. From culture to oil or soap processing, all ancestral know-how exhibited in a Sunday and family Fair. Market, great demonstration of the sacred tree, giant aioli at lunchtime, everything packed with traditional dances and music… the festival now unavoidable never misses flavour.
