During a 30-minute sea walk around the nearby Cap Nègre, discover the seabed of the islands preserved by the coastal conservatory and the Natura 2000 classified area, with simple comments on marine bio-diversity that can be understood by young and old alike. The boat, an Aquascope A8 - designed by the architect Jacques Rougerie - is unique, half submarine and half boat, with a capacity of 10 people which makes the experience really intimate, all in perfect safety.

In a shaded pine forest, many activities around the horse and the pony are proposed to you in a family atmosphere: lessons for all levels, training courses, walks, games, voltiges. In this 10 hectare domain, you will find a sand dressage arena, a grass jumping arena, a round pen, a covered riding arena, a round pen, a paddock with shelters or boxes, a club house and a shaded area for rides. However, no horseback riding is offered for adults.

You can also discover the trails of the Maures and Esterel forests on foot or on mountain bikes and e-bikes, play mini-golf on a tree-lined course. Activities are organized throughout the season.

The Fréjus coastline extends over 7 kilometres and offers several beautiful beaches. Five of them are located in Fréjus itself (les Sablettes, République, le Capitole, Port-Fréjus and the beach of the nautical base); three others are located in Saint-Aygulf (plages de l'Argens, des Esclamandes and de la Galiote). With its 800 meters long and its comfortable width, Saint-Aygulf is one of the largest beaches of the territory of Eastern Var. Nice for families, it is also popular with kite surfers and windsurfers because the wind is frequent.

To be lucky enough to explore the whole island in one day trip, rent a bicycle is essential.  for all levels. However, Attention, two-wheeled vehicles are very quickly stormed: to have the opportunity to find one of them, it is better to arrive early at first boats!

Leaving from the port of Le Lavandou, the Sentier du littoral (coastal path) reaches the beach of La Fossette in just 2.5 kilometers. Very easy for the first twenty minutes, the path becomes more athletic after Saint-Clair beach. The path runs along the rocky seafront, alternating between coves and private villas. Nothing too complicated though, and there's no way to get lost here - the sea is your guide. Allow 45 minutes one way and 1h30 round trip.

The golf course stretches its long green ribbon along the Mediterranean, where terraced tee boxes offer breathtaking sea views. Frégate, an 18-hole course, also welcomes advanced players. Remarkable for its technical features, it will also impress you with its exceptional panorama, with 15 holes out of 18 offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea.
