This artisanal bakery takes its name from Turlutin, a mischievous elf who is the hero of a song sung by children on Saint Martin's Day. Alain bakes his bread in a wood-fired oven with a Soufflenheim pottery hearth. The same goes for the pastries, brioches and other kougelhopfs... and the tarts flambées.
