Since its creation in 2013, the brewery defends an alternative mode of production aiming to privilege quality raw materials, short circuits and local partnerships. It also favours conviviality with a place of life and exchanges directly on the site. There are many beers on offer, but if you can't find what you're looking for, Franck, the brewer, will create a made-to-measure blend just for you! For your events, think about renting taps and for an outing with friends, a visit with tasting.

Created in 1981 by Cécile and Robert, this family estate is now run by their son Pierre. You'll discover mainly dry white wines from a wide variety of terroirs. During your visit, you'll be welcomed on the production site, where you can admire some superb traditional foudres. The estate organizes a variety of wine-tourism activities: vineyard tours, picnics at the winemaker's, gourmet aperitifs, treasure hunts... Information on request.

Founded in 1957, this winery in the heart of the Route des Vins is the fruit of a collective of winegrowers who love their craft and offer wines from 140 ha spread over 3 neighboring villages. In their cellar, you can taste excellent wines from this union of talents: Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Praelatenberg, Crémant le Puits du Moine (Gilbert & Gaillard gold medal) or Riesling 2019 HVE Coteaux du Haut-Koenigsbourg, the best of Alsace's terroir!

Domaine Armand Gilg has been family-run since 1937. Certified organic, this beautiful 30-hectare estate pampers its vines to produce wines firmly rooted in their terroirs. On the estate, in the ^16th-century cellars, you can swirl your glass to taste, among others, a superb Sylvaner Grand Cru Zotzenberg (the only Grand Cru appellation in Alsace) or a lovely Muscat from the Les Spontanés range (wines with no added inputs or sulfites). We also offer a full range of festive Alsace crémants!

Managed by the new generation of the family, this 50 ha estate produces wines expressing the richness of a mosaic of terroirs. To taste: a late harvest gewurztraminer with notes of violet and exotic aromas or the Pinot noir aged in barrels. the estate also offers self-guided wine tours as well as rides in a gyro-pod or a small train in the village, followed by a night in one of the 4 guest rooms of the estate. A small store offers you the opportunity to leave with the wines of the domain and small regional gifts.

The former home of the Grandfontaine ironmaster is now home to the Framont craft brewery. Here, French malts and Alsatian hops meet boiling mine spring water to produce a nectar which, once cooled and fermented, is called beer. Here you'll find delicious, full-flavored productions that are a welcome change from those of more famous breweries. While you'll find the classics in every color, you'll love the original creations in a wide range of flavors.

Christelle and Mathieu Zoeller are the ^11th generation of winegrowers who have been looking after this estate for 4 centuries. They manage their 11.5 hectares of vines, including 4 hectares located on the Grand Cru Altenberg de Wolxheim, in organic agriculture. Their wines are fruity and rich, their late harvests and their selections of noble grains make superb wines to keep. The Zoeller family welcomes you for a tasting, a visit of their domain or for the winegrower's picnic. And then there is the superb cellar with its impressive vaulted ceiling!

Franchi, an artisan ice-cream maker handed down from father to son since 1934, has a long-standing reputation for ice creams that have delighted the people of Strasbourg from generation to generation. As a result of this success, there's often a long queue when the weather's nice. You'll find a wide range of inventive and original ice cream sundaes on the menu, or a choice of the great classics, as well as crêpes. For those with a sweet tooth, you can order ice-cream trays in your favorite flavor for your family and guests to take home.

Les Frères Engel have been independent wine producers since 1958, and proud of it! Certified organic in 2014, the estate extends over some twenty hectares at the foot of Haut-Koenigsbourg, partly on the Grand Cru Praelatenberg. Since 2020, the new Engel generation has been crafting magnificent wines in keeping with Alsatian traditions, with a zest of originality, such as "Terre de Gneiss 2022", a bold blend of riesling, gewurztraminer and pinot gris from Grand Cru Praelatenberg. Impeccable as an aperitif, it's a marvel of freshness and lightness!

Welcome to Daniel Stoeffel's "mother house". Haguenau is where it all began for this famous Alsatian chocolatier. In the store, a wide range of products is available to suit all seasons: Easter chocolate fritters or molded rabbits, Santa Clauses, hearts, lipstick tubes, chocolate storks... Permanent creations include chocolate spreads and tablets. And as we know it's hard to resist, we sometimes suggest you try...

Created in 1395 to ensure the institution's food self-sufficiency, this mythical site at the entrance to the Hospices Civils reminds us of a time when wine was considered a remedy. You can visit the site and see the world's oldest wine in barrels, as well as buy wines from Alsatian winegrower partners who donate part of their harvest to keep this institution running, with profits going to Strasbourg's university hospital. A must!

The Mosbachs have been winegrowers since 1577. At the head of this 23 ha estate, Jean-Marie and Paul perpetuate the family tradition. Their vineyard is south facing and benefits from all the conditions that are favorable for an early flowering of the vine and a slow maturation of the grapes. The reputation of this domain is made on the pinot noirs vinified in red and in rosé. A visit to their cellar, with a capacity of 3,500 hectoliters, is worthwhile, as you will notice some beautiful oak barrels from the ^19th century.

At Paris Store, you'll find all the essential ingredients for Asian cuisine. Don't hesitate to ask a store employee to help you with your purchases! From seafood and fish to meatballs, fruit and vegetables, dehydrated noodles, cookies, tea... here products are available fresh, frozen and vacuum-packed. Paris Store also offers a wide range of beverages (fruit juices, soy milk, beers) and sauces (sweet and sour, chilli, oyster, soy and bean sauces). Special mention should be made of the fresh spices: flat-leaf parsley, coriander, etc., which enhance the dishes and are sold at low prices. The atmosphere is exotic. The Flor'Alsace herb shop, created in 1975 by a passionate pharmacist, offers a veritable showcase of nature in Strasbourg. Hundreds of plants, herbal teas, teas and spices will delight your senses. The vineyards of Lionel Reyser, Hubert's son, cover more than eleven hectares and are managed according to the rules of organic farming. The vineyard boasts beautiful terroirs with a wide variety of soils, enabling it to make the most of the particularities of each Alsatian grape variety, with a few specialities of its own, such as this Crémant Brut Rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir. This grape variety is also featured in Rouge du Stéphansberg (aged in oak barrels) 2007, as well as in Rosé d'Alsace 2012. Tours are available on reservation.

Case Métisse takes you on a world tour! The first thing you notice is the delicious products on offer: organic teas from all over the world and herbal teas in bulk, jams, honeys, dried fruit, original creations, Asian cuisine... But Case Métisse is also a decorator's shop, with numerous objects from cultures around the world, and fabrics that can be made to measure in unique pieces. The service is friendly and smiling, expert and personalized.

Descended from a line of winegrowers dating back to the 14th century, Rémy Gresser boasts a superb diversity of terroirs: the Grands Crus Kastelberg, Wiebelsberg and Moenchberg, as well as the Brandhof, Duttenberg, Saint-André, Kritt and Clos de l'Ourse. He offers a remarkable range of wines, some dry, fine and fruity, others aromatic, full-bodied and generous. Like Dr. Jean-Louis Soltz, the eminent ampelographer from Andlau, Rémy is passionate about the Grands Terroirs and a follower of viticulture in symbiosis with nature.
