The passion and love for the craft and the raw materials are evident in the wide range: ganaches, almond rochers, candied orange peel, truffles, Schokolawurst, molds, lollipops for children or dragées.... Not forgetting chocolate bars, spreads and pastry ingredients. But the house specialty takes the form of a chocolate bonbon, recognizable by its red wrapping... Red like the famous "Griotte au chocolat et au kirsch d'Alsace".
