Mathieu Kamm is what you might call a "pastry stylist"! After managing the Pierre Hermé boutique in Tokyo, he returned to Alsace to take over the reins of the family pastry shop with his wife Mina. A member of the famous Relais Desserts since 2018 (the year he also won the Gault & Millau Grand Est pastry trophy ), Mathieu Kamm signs high-flying delights: cakes, petit fours, cakes, macaroons, chocolates, ice creams and other delicacies!

La meilleure pâtisserie de selestat !! La carte des pâtisseries change 4 fois par an. Les pâtisseries sont fines, les macarons généreux et les chocolats délicieux ! Intérieur chaleureux et convivial, terrasse en été, c'est parfait !

This family pastry has been established for many years in SELESTAT and has a good reputation. Under the impetus of his son, the store has completely transformed itself and offers a new face and offers new creations inspired by the Japanese culture. It's beautiful visually and good, but the prices are quite high. This development has taken place at the expense of previous specialties, especially the carnival doughnuts, whose quality today is rather disappointing.
